Sian is the Founder and CEO of the successful NDIS support coordination company, Here2Home. Here2Home was founded in late 2019 in South Australia and has supported over 1,000 participants. With recent expansions to Queensland and Melbourne, it is anticipated to continue growing and supporting more NDIS participants across the nation.

Sian is also a member of the Entrepreneur's Organisation and is on the Board of Directors, as the Accelerator Chair. The role of the Accelerator Chair is to run a program for business owners in any industry whose revenue sits between $250K USD and $1M USD, with the intention to scale and graduate to full EO membership (over $1M USD)
